We also combine specialized sector expertise with unparalleled real estate experience.The OpportunityJLL is seeking a highly skilled and technically experienced executive and leader for the Global Head of Technical Services and Sustainability. This role is a global leader within our Workplace Management business line. This executive leadership position will be responsible for leading best-in-class engineering solutions, advisory and thought leadership, and subject matter expertise to support JLL's global technical services and sustainability operations.ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development and Leadership:

Develop and implement a global technical services and sustainability strategy aligned with organizational objectives and international standards.Lead a global community of engineering practitioners, overseeing talent management and development initiatives.Establish JLL as a thought leader in engineering operations and sustainability through industry engagement and forums.Define the future road map for the evolution of service delivery, leveraging technology to reduce risk, drive efficiency and cut carbon.

Technical Services and Sustainability Programs:

Define and deploy service delivery standards for engineering products globally.Design and implement comprehensive sustainability programs focusing on energy efficiency, waste reduction, and carbon footprint minimization.Oversee the implementation of smart building systems and energy management technologies.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with global environmental regulations, sustainability standards, and engineering best practices.Implement and manage Operational Risk Management frameworks for engineering services globally.Oversee sustainability reporting, including carbon disclosure and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting.

Client and Stakeholder Management:

Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and senior leadership across the organization.Engage with external partners, industry bodies, and regulatory agencies on sustainability and engineering matters.Provide expert advice and thought leadership to clients on engineering solutions and sustainability strategies.

Innovation and Technology Integration:

Identify opportunities for innovation in sustainable operations and maintenance.Drive the adoption of innovative technologies to enhance building performance and sustainability.

Financial Management:

Manage global engineering and sustainability P&L and associated budgets, including cost/benefit analysis for engineering and sustainability initiatives.Support sales efforts, including identifying expansion opportunities and contributing to client pitches.Develop strategies to drive overall engineering profitability, including shared delivery teams (e.g., Mobile Engineering Services, Sustainable Operations).
