The position encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including the research, design, and development of platform specifications, and the writing, modifying, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the platform's code and application design. Furthermore, the role demands the negotiation of comprehensive and effective platform specifications with stakeholders, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to integrate diverse perspectives. The production of timely and accurate project reports is also a critical aspect of the role, essential for tracking progress, identifying improvement areas, and effectively communicating achievements and challenges.
The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience working with Salesforce platform, including proficiency in its core functionalities and customization capabilities. A Salesforce Administrator or relevant Salesforce certification is highly desirable, as it reflects a strong foundation in managing and optimizing Salesforce environments. The candidate should be capable of configuring Salesforce to align with the program's needs, managing user access and security, and leveraging Salesforce tools to streamline workflows, enhance data accuracy, and drive overall operational efficiency.
In essence, this position is not just about technical expertise in digital platform development, but also about contributing significantly to the provision of essential behavioral health services to California's youth. It requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, strategic planning, and collaborative abilities, all aimed at enhancing the scope and quality of behavioral health care delivery. The role involves interaction with senior-level internal personnel, necessitating strong communication skills and effective collaboration within a diverse professional environment. As a possible technical lead for software development projects, the incumbent will guide teams through complex stages while ensuring adherence to technical and quality standards. Overall, the position is pivotal in shaping the platform's impact, requiring a balance of technical acumen, strategic planning, and a deep commitment to advancing behavioral health care.
