The ideal candidate will define and execute sourcing strategies, screen and present candidates, and build comprehensive talent pipelines. Join us in creating a world-class team to support our continued growth and success.What you’ll do:Active Req Support:Partner with recruiters on specific requisitions or groups of requisitions.Define and execute sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and present qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers.Be a trusted partner by developing relationships with your recruiting partners and hiring managers by presenting sourcing insights to ensure hiring success.Competitor Org Charting:Perform target searches of direct competitors for niche senior-level roles.Build visual representations of targeted departments and talent.Data & Analytics:Conduct talent market research using proven data tools to pull key market insights.Organize data to provide clear pictures of the talent pool, enabling data-driven strategies and influencing business decisions.Take full ownership in how you achieve your top of funnel metrics, pipeline conversion percentages and hires to help the team achieve our collective hiring goal.Market Development & Pipeline Strategy:Build, organize, and maintain pools of niche talent into dedicated pipelines sorted and tagged by technical skills.Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, internal ATS, and expert X-ray searching of niche sites, conference attendees, and speaker lists.Research, track, and organize real-time salary expectations of candidate pipelines through various credible sources including opportunistic conversations with talent.Engagement Strategy:Develop and define effective engagement strategies for pipelines of passive talent.Implement strategic campaign outreach and personalized correspondence to engage potential candidates.What you’ll need:3+ Years of proven experience as a Sourcer, preferably in high-growth startup environments.Experience sourcing for a variety of functional areas not limited to but including, Product/Tech, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance and Creative.Expertise in building talent pipelines and sourcing strategies.Strong understanding of data and analytics to support talent market research.Experience with various sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout, and creative Boolean searches.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and attract passive talent.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proven experience building and maintaining multiple active pipelines of talent across multiple functional areas.Nice to have:Experience testing new sourcing techniques, tools and approaches that drive results.Experience implementing sourcing strategies that address both short-term and long-term hiring needs.Knowledgeable in advanced sourcing tools and techniques utilized for recruiting top talent.Compensation and Benefits:The base pay range for this role is listed below.
