What you'll doIn the position of Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems and delivering solutions that are focused on the scalability and continuous improvement of Docusign’s Go To Market processes & applications. As a Lead Product Manager, you will closely collaborate with Docusign’s GTM teams and your scrum team to deliver projects that will scale our business. The successful candidate will understand Salesforce & Quote-to-Cash(QTC) functionality and translate business needs into technical requirements & solutions that delight your internal customers.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager, Business Applications.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross functional stakeholders and applications teams for planning quarterly initiatives and enhancementsDevelop the roadmap, vision and deliver the systems and experience to scale and reimagine Docusign’s Quote-to-Cash(QTC) experienceProvide subject matter expertise related to Sales and Quote-to-Cash(QTC) initiativesCollaborate with business partners and sponsors to translate their desired business outcomes into scalable processes, requirements and solutionsMap product adoption to business metrics such as revenue, customer satisfaction and operational efficiencyFacilitate requirements workshops to refine expected business outcomes, create and groom backlog into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria with a clear definition of done. Lead team backlog refinement and sprint planning sessionsIncorporate outside-in perspective and influence stakeholders to build a scalable productLead user acceptance testing and ensure solution meets MVP requirements; including tracking issue resolution and obtaining sign-offParticipate in change management and go-live supportDeliver innovative solutions that will scale and reduce our tech debt footprintCollect, organize and analyze data in order to track and share metrics with leadership and project stakeholders
What you bringBasicBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Information Systems12 years experience in product management implementing Quote-to-Cash(QTC) Commerce applications in high technology/subscription software organizationsKnowledge of business processes related to Lead to OrderExperience working on an agile scrum teamPreferredCPQ CertificationsAttention to detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problemsExperience in reimagining the organization’s commerce experiences
Wage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $171,500.00 - $277,025.00 base salaryWashington and New York (including NYC metro area): $164,800.00 - $242,225.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.Global benefits provide options for the following:Paid Time Off: earned time off, as well as paid company holidays based on regionPaid Parental Leave: take up to six months off with your child after birth, adoption or foster care placementFull Health Benefits Plans: options for 100% employer paid and minimum employee contribution health plans from day one of employmentRetirement Plans: select retirement and pension programs with potential for employer contributionsLearning and Development: options for coaching, online courses and education reimbursementsCompassionate Care Leave: paid time off following the loss of a loved one and other life-changing events
