This role will be responsible for collaborating with Tropicana R&D and Supply Chain business leadership in shaping project portfolios, managing projects, and transforming supply chain capabilities through technology. A diverse background of IT with functional experience in Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering and/or Factory Operations is required. Solid grasp of SAP technologies and extended factory floor MES and Quality solutions needed. In addition, this role will support our Global R&D team and the Product Lifecycle Development tools SAP PLM (PDM and PPM).Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Additional responsibilities include:Partner with the business to understand, validate and prioritize IT demandAssist with business case development for technology investment recommendations and ensure they support strategic business prioritiesLead & facilitate business requirements gathering, system design and project execution for approved technology investmentsManage the relationship with the business and be seen as a credible member of their teamBe an escalation point for any IT service issues.Tackle ambiguous problems to determine and prioritize business strategiesDemonstrated ability to implement short and long term strategies to support organizational operation and transformationLead, influence, and collaborate across functions to drive results through formal and informal channelsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Information Technology-related discipline or Engineering; MBA a plus!Preferred candidate will be located in Chicago, IL or broader Bradenton, FL areasAbility to travel to HQ (Chicago, IL) and other Global manufacturing/distribution center locations as needed (up to 25%)Minimum 10 years' experience in Information Technology supporting Supply Chain or working in a Supply Chain business role with heavy emphasis on technology subject matter expertiseManufacturing and Industrial factory/manufacturing infrastructure experience requiredSAP experience in Production Planning (PP), Material Management (MM – including Procurement), Plant Maintenance (PM) required.Quality Management System and MES (Wonderware) experience preferredR&D experience with PLM and PPM, preferably SAPCapable in leading complex business function designDeployment experience in leading changeAbility to thrive in a fast pace agile environment with limited direction and balance competing prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication skills to support building strong internal and external relationships and effectively communicate your work productLegally authorized to work in the country to which you are applying without requiring sponsorship or additional work permits now or in the futureBenefits Overview:TBG is pleased to offer you a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, company provided life, STD and LTD insurance.
