We believe in empowering our employees to get work done both in and out of the office.The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager plays a critical role in Enterprise Expense Management Team. The position will primarily be responsible for budget, forecast, variance analysis, business insights, and enterprise level reporting for Executives and Board of Directors, but will also have extended responsibilities as key finance business partner to various enterprise and divisional leaders. We are seeking a dynamic leader that will build relationships across the enterprise, and foster a culture of disciplined, data-driven expense management strategies, while managing the day-to-day tasks with strong attention to detail and excellent communication/presentation skills.How you'll help move us forward:Manages the day-to-day support of the Enterprise FP&A (expense) team, processes, and framework - covering annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, variance analysis, long term planning, and cost optimization.Provides Board and Executive level reporting around enterprise expenses & initiatives with emphasis on key drivers and performance metrics.Collaborates with various functional and divisional leaders and be the focal business partner to understand and manage cost, drivers, and value of services through use of various expense KPIs. Provides thought leadership, valuable data analysis and business insights.Provides businesses with transparencies across Corp shared service allocations and long-term projections to help align with divisional goals.Prepare and lead financial reviews with senior management. Serve as business partner and financial control subject matter expert with senior management.The experience you bring:Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree is a plus.9 or more years work experience in financial planning and analysis (corporate and operations) or related with demonstrated progression of responsibility.Proven history of fostering teamwork and collaboration across multiple functional areas with competing priorities.Effectively handle ambiguity in all aspects of work, including business direction and strategy.Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills required. Must have demonstrable ability to successfully interact with internal and external business partners at senior levels.A high level of initiative and critical thinking to formulate business issues into analytical problems and devise actionable solutions.Must have strong MS-Office skills (Word, PowerPoint) with expertise in Excel.Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.You can be who you are.People come first here. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
