The selected candidate will become part of a growing organization with year-over-year revenue growth, competitive benefits, and a diverse project workload. This is a remote position based out of California.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage the Project Development teams for multiple sites across various regions.Work closely with the Director of Engineering Services to support the development of projects.Establish project development budget estimates for Preliminary and Investment Grade Audit stages.Track deadlines, targets, and budgets on projects in the Product Development stage.Play a supporting role in business development activities leading to the award of the contract including client relationship development, project-specific positioning activities, teaming arrangements, proposal preparation support, oral presentation support, and contract negotiation.Clearly set expectations with Sales on deliverables and manage the project development team to meet these expectations in an efficient manner.Review complex engineering tasks and particularly important engineering work efficiently and accurately.Work with construction management and commissioning to help estimate and qualify constructability and costs.Ensure that technical issues are conducted within the framework of company policies and procedures.Conduct duties consistent with the Company's vision and purpose, quality objectives, and defined policies and procedures.Job Requirements / QualificationsBachelor's degree in mechanical, architectural, or electrical engineering from an accredited institution is required.Professional Engineering License from the State of California is required.Exposure to high-performance buildings and energy conservation is required.Healthcare industry experience is preferred.The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.Must be comfortable presenting to clients and team members.Some travel is required.EEO Non-Discrimination and ADA Reasonable Accommodation StatementWilldan is an equal opportunity employer.
