PURPOSE OF POSITION:

The

Black Diamond/Trail's End Lodge Area Guest Services Manager

oversees all aspects of daily customer service operations for Black Diamond Lodge (BDL) and Trail's End Lodge (TEL) and providing a safe environment for guests, members, and employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and evaluate guest services staff, including front desk, bell, and ski valet teams.Department Coordination: Collaborate with all departments to foster teamwork and ensure smooth operations.Guest Services Oversight: Manage concierge, ticket sales, ski valet, and check-in/check-out procedures to maintain high standards of service.Staff Scheduling: Ensure effective staffing and workflow while meeting budget guidelines.Meetings & Communication: Conduct daily team meetings, attend management meetings, and maintain clear radio communication across departments.Financial & Inventory Management: Review financial statements, maintain office inventory, and oversee record-keeping and database management.Homeowner Relations: Support financial tracking and owner billing in partnership with the Homeowner Relations Manager.Purchasing Compliance: Ensure adherence to Avendra and other purchasing guidelines.Additional Responsibilities: Complete other duties as assigned to support guest and team success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years of management experience in hospitality, including condo rental program management.Experience in front desk or concierge roles preferred.Familiarity with Park City, property management systems, and HOA practices.Basic knowledge of budgets and front office accounting.Availability for weekend and evening shifts.Able to lift 30 lbs., carry luggage, and possess a valid Utah driver's license.

PAY RATE:

Pay: $65,000 - 75,000 per year
