Senior Product Manager, Reliability and Sustainability , you will be responsible to lead C3 AI product efforts in AI-based asset performance management and energy efficiency use cases. You will leverage your prior operations, sustainability, and/or manufacturing experience and gain deep expertise in our products to develop enterprise AI applications that deliver meaningful business value for our customers. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams through the planning, design, and implementation stages of C3 AI reliability and sustainability applications to positively impact our success.C3 AI Applications span across multiple industries, such as energy, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail. As a Senior Product Manager, Reliability and Sustainability, you will drive the development, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for market-leading SaaS products that provide value to solve important and complex problems: predictive maintenance, process optimization, production optimization, energy efficiency, carbon emissions reduction, etc.Your Responsibilities:Prepare, maintain, and own all aspects of your SaaS product:Vision for a comprehensive feature roadmapDetailed product specification documentationUser experience, customer satisfaction, and QAMarket positioning and customer targeting and segmentationDifferentiated collateral to support sales, including customer testimonials and case studiesDevelop a thorough understanding of C3 AI Applications to clearly communicate technical capabilities and business impact to customersSupport pre-sales activities (e.g., scoping workshops, pilots) to ensure consistent and successful use of existing C3 AI Applications across our global customer basePositively influence sales, engineering, and customers to ensure the success of your productCollaborate with the C3 AI Customer Success team to ensure our customers deliver on their Digital Transformation VisionEffectively and proactively communicate with customers and build a trusted advisor relationshipRegular travel (25+%) to customer sitesRequirements:Bachelor of Science in STEM field; MBA or Master of Science preferred7+ years of work experience in manufacturing, energy, chemicals, or related industrial operations industry, preferably including 4+ in product management roles. Project, educational, or self-taught experience in big data, analytics, and data science is a plusSignificant relevant experience in, or supporting, complex industrial operations businesses.
