We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Technical Architect to join our dynamic consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce solutions, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to design and implement effective Salesforce solutions for our clients. The Salesforce Technical Architect will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of Salesforce implementations, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving successful project outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry best practices.Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and integration plans.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features, technologies, and trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Lead transformation projects, ensuring successful adoption and integration of Salesforce solutions within client organizations.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, design, and development.Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly desirable.Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects on time and within budget.Experience leading transformation projects and driving successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.Preferred Skills:
