Define business processes and system alignment. Translate business requirements into system definitions and solutions. Strategic partner, acting as liaison between the user community and the technical applications development staff (may include offshore staff). Resolve system problems to ensure customer processes run smoothly. Document business processes, training procedures, standard operating procedures, project status, etc. Implement system alignment with business processes.What You'll Do:
Business engagement to advance IAM Program efforts to achieve program goalsBusiness and Technical processes definition and enforcement to streamline enterprise-wide business processes while aligning with First American Information Security policies and standardsParticipates in identifying business system requirements and related business/application solutions for IAM provisioning access and models solutionsEngagement with project teams through software development lifecycle to release new product features to business teamsArtifacts and knowledge management through repositories, training, and business communications for ongoing project workstreamsWhat You'll Bring:
Identity and Access Management (IAM) industry experience is preferredSailPoint IdentityIQ product knowledge is preferred. Additional knowledge on related IAM technology is good to haveApplicant must be knowledgeable on user lifecycle management processes within an identity governance domain and able to bring industry best practices to workMust have excellent written and oral communication skillsCandidate is an analytical thinker with good articulation of business requests in technology terms and vice versa to facilitate conversation between business and technology teamsCan manage and approach multiple tasks on a day-to-day basis and able to assess priority and manage work scopeMust be forward leaning and able to work with project teams to bring the program goals to realizationCan identify/receive problem statements, research alternatives, prepare presentations, drive solutions, test to confirm, gain consensus, and implement solutions for defined business processesCreate documentation of business processes, training procedures, and standard operating proceduresStandard Microsoft management skillsetPrior experience working with Internal and External audit resources is a plusTypical Education
Requires BS Degree or equivalent work experienceIAM domain technology or industry certifications is preferredTypical Range of Experience
Typically have 3+ years of directly related experiencePay Range
$75,000.00 - $125,600.00 annually. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.What We Offer
