Roles and Responsibilities:
As a senior software engineer on the Connected Vehicle team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, business analysts, designers, and dev-ops engineers. Your primary focus will be on developing and enhancing web and mobile front-end applications, delivering seamless experiences to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement front-end solutions using React Native, Swift UI, and related technologies.
Collaborate closely with backend developers to ensure smooth integration of APIs and services.
Translate product requirements and UI/UX designs into responsive, high-quality code.
Participate in brainstorming sessions with technical and product teams to develop innovative solutions.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Write and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests.
Technical Skills and Qualifications:
6+ years of experience with React/React Native or Flutter.
8+ years of experience developing high-volume, consumer-facing applications.
4+ years of experience building high-quality iOS applications.
Deep understanding of iOS design patterns and Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.
Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes.
Experience with Redux, Redux Toolkit, and RTK Query.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in building WatchOS apps and iOS widgets.
Demonstrable contributions to applications available in the App Store.
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive engagement with team members.
