Senior Applications Specialist
to work with experienced engineers and mentor less experienced engineers on all aspects of water treatment in a variety of industries. In this role, you will leverage your educational and/or work experiences to provide technical sales support to our 600+ field sales representatives.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to our sales representatives, sales managers and customers to solve complex problems
Help train and support sales representatives and colleagues
Help develop new training and technical support materials
Provide support for key sales, training, or research initiatives
Complete technical audits and reviews for key accounts
Provide technical support for large account proposals
Participate in special projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
10+ years of industrial water treatment
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering, biology or other science required
Extensive experience in boiler water and cooling water sales
Experience in raw water, wastewater, and process treatment a plus
Mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Great organizational skills, close attention to detail, excellent follow through, and ability to multi-task all a must
Must have a positive attitude, a commitment to client service and a willingness to support the office team with a variety of assignments
Must possess high-level of professionalism and strong communication skills
