Sr Data AnalystJob Duties
:Provide analysis of both quantitative and qualitative healthcare data from various data sources in support of institutional decisions. Perform advanced exploratory analysis for further technical development to support both the technical and non-technical sides of the organization. Develop high quality, impactful dashboards using charts, graphs, drilldown, navigation and other data visualization techniques. Day-to-day design, development, monitoring, documentation and support of all products. Understand key customers and internal needs to assist in data-driven solutions. Provide guidance to business teams on centralized data management, security, governance and support. Assist in implementation and monitoring of data governance strategy in line with organizational expectations, regulatory requirements, and standards. Design and develop data load processes of structured and unstructured data, optimizing information reuse and utilizing industry best practices. Lead development of databases and/or ETL processes for on-prem and cloud-based systems. Execute complex activities within area (e.g., business requirement analysis; technical design; leading dashboard design sessions; developing data warehouse structures; guiding dashboard development, testing, maintenance, and refresh). Stay abreast of advances in data engineering/visualization and relevant emerging technologies and tools that will add value to services and data integration delivery.Work Schedule:
40 hours per week.Rate of Pay:
$131,581 - $154,960 per year.Work Location:
Memphis, TN. Telecommuting permissible, must live within commuting distance.Minimum Education :Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Science, Business or related field required.Minimum Experience :Four (4) years of experience in Data Analytics, Healthcare Administrative and Operational Analytics, Informational Technology or related experience required.
