As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Head of IT Business Management, you will provide high-level administrative support to key leaders and the IT Organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth functioning of the administration for the CIO and IT Sr Management.How you'll make an impact:
Provide exceptional, first-class customer service.Proactively identify and address administrative issues and opportunities.Create materials and coordinate Board and Executive level meetings.What you can expect:
A working standard in the office 3 days a week, including mandatory Tuesday and Thursdays.Calendar & Schedule Management:
Manage the busy calendars of the CIO and other Sr IT Managers.Coordinate and prioritize appointments to optimize their time.Meeting Coordination and Support:
Organize meetings, ensuring all logistics are in place.Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations as directed.Assist with travel itineraries and arrangements.Board and Executive Level Materials Creation:
Develop and design comprehensive board presentations and executive-level reports.Ensure that all materials are visually engaging and effectively convey complex information.Confidential Information Handling:
Exercise discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.Reporting and Documentation:
Assist in preparing reports and maintaining accurate records.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Liaise with other executive assistants to foster effective communication.Prioritization and Time Management:
Identify urgent tasks and manage time efficiently.What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration.7-10+ years experience supporting senior management.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.Proficiency in Microsoft O365 and collaboration platforms.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.Proactive problem solver with a positive demeanor.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.The perks:
