Fully remote applications will not be considered at this time.The Opportunity at Culture Amp:The Account-Based Marketing Specialist’s mission is to support Culture Amp’s Enterprise segment through integrated marketing campaigns, working collaboratively across marketing and sales to execute successful demand generation programs. The ideal candidate is a collaborative growth marketer who operates with proactivity and has experience developing, executing, and measuring global campaigns.As a key member of the Global Demand Generation team, the Account-Based Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution of targeted full-funnel marketing campaigns for the Enterprise segment, spanning paid, owned, and earned channels. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of segments and campaigns within 6sense, partnering closely with Global & Regional partners to execute strategic New Logo and Expansion activations.As one of the members of our Marketing Team, you will:Responsibilities:Work across the marketing team to develop and execute tactics that will drive pipeline and revenue for the Enterprise segment and create a consistent experience across channels.Own the day-to-day management within the 6sense platform, segment and list building, reporting, keyword intent updates, campaign creation, etc.Support and communicate Enterprise marketing plans to the wider marketing team, enabling your counterparts with insights via regular feedback loops with regional marketers.Develop campaign and channel metrics alongside your marketing partners and report on the impact of campaigns across the Enterprise segment and optimize over time.Collaborate across teams to create and execute personalized content and messaging for target accounts & segments, including email, webinars, events, paid media, and other marketing channels.Conduct research and analysis to identify target accounts and segments, assessing their needs, pain points, and preferences, to tailor marketing campaigns accordingly.What You Bring to Our Camp:Experience building, executing and optimizing successful marketing programs that drive net new demand and contribute to customer expansion.3 years of experience in marketing (ideally in a demand generation/campaigns role capacity in SaaS/B2B technology companies).2+ years of Account Based Marketing experience.Take a global approach to your role, understand the nuances of global marketing, and incorporate feedback from regional teams into campaign planning and execution.Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and leveraging insights from analytics tools like Looker, Tableau, & Salesforce to optimize campaign performance.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth.Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing business needs.Preferred:Experience building, executing and optimizing successful account-based marketing campaigns.Experience using: ABM Tools (6sense), BI Tools (Looker experience preferred).Experience using a CMS, marketing automation software, and CRM marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. to execute marketing activities.Learn faster through feedback mentality; excited to test, learn and grow the business through ABM.For this role, the estimated base salary range is listed below. In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity and benefits. For sales roles, your package may also include sales commission.The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual skills, capabilities and experience, objectively assessed during the interview process.
