Review of tax projections, tax workpapers and tax returns. Specifically, Federal and State Individual and Fiduciary tax returns.Oversee and manage the tax return process including identification and resolution of tax issues.Experience with corporation and partnership accounting and tax concepts.Mentor, train and manage staff accountants to meet deadline and prioritize workload.Effectively manage multiple tax engagements in a team environment, and also work independently. Identify potential opportunities for new and/or expanded client services.Ability to lead and manage engagements, including budgeting, billing and engagement economics.Highly proactive approach to serving clients.Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required.Public accounting experience.CPA.10+ years work experience in tax compliance, specialization in individual, fiduciary, estate and gift taxation.Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
