We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and COO. Based in Seattle, this person will work closely with the CEO and COO, managing scheduling, communications, and operational priorities, ensuring seamless and efficient support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a wide range of tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.What You Will Do
Coordinate, schedule, and manage the CEO and COO’s calendars, prioritizing meetings, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and logistics, while anticipating needs and preparing detailed itineraries.Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, filtering and prioritizing messages, and handling inquiries on behalf of the CEO.Prepare briefings, agendas, and materials for meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.Track and coordinate special projects, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.Organize and manage digital files, presentations, and documents, maintaining confidentiality and ease of access.What You Will Bring
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Strong organizational skills with an ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High level of discretion and professionalism.Proficiency in Google Workspace, and other relevant software.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with exceptional attention to detail.Nice to have: familiarity with the blockchain and decentralized technology space.The target base salary for this role will range between $130,000 to $170,000. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors at the point in time of offer. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
