The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. The salary range for this position is $118,000 - 309,800. The Department of Physiology invites candidates for an open rank tenured-track/tenured faculty position in all areas of modern physiology. Candidates studying fundamental mechanisms in all areas of modern physiology are welcome to apply. Those leveraging new advances in data science or imaging to address important questions in biomedical science are especially encouraged to apply. Candidates must have a Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent degree, and are expected to have a strong track record of research achievements.The successful candidate will be expected to develop an independent research program and participate in the teaching mission of the Department.
