As a New Home Sales Director, you'll partner with a top private home builder to lead a high-performing team, drive sales and strategy, and help turn homeownership dreams into reality.Requirements:Experience:

2+ years in a new home sales director role, or equivalent leadership experience.Skills:

Strong leadership, customer engagement, and sales strategy development.Tech Proficiency:

Advanced computer skills, including Zoom, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.Education/License:

A bachelor’s degree is preferred; a valid real estate license is required within six months of hire.Availability:

Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings as needed.Other:

Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current liability insurance are required. A background check will be conducted.Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership, Execution & Strategy:

Oversee divisional sales performance and support Sales Associates in achieving targets. Guide and mentor managers, develop strategies to drive sales performance, and ensure financial and operational objectives are met across multiple divisions, consistently exceeding goals.Team Development & Sales Enablement:

Act as a resource for Sales Associates, providing in-person feedback and training through both our tech platform and in the field. Lead divisional training, mentor managers, and ensure high participation in sales enablement programs to enhance team performance.Market & Competitive Analysis:

Monitor market conditions, recommend marketing or incentive programs, and lead market analysis. Drive strategic recommendations to optimize divisional performance.Model Home & Community Standards:

Manage model home coverage and maintain community presentation standards. Ensure divisional execution of community and model home standards.Executive Collaboration:

Participate in Manager-level training and engage in executive meetings to shape company-wide initiatives and strategic goals.How to Apply
