Be a part of an experienced and innovative group of program managers that drive execution of our most important priorities.In this role you will have the opportunity to:Develop a high-quality program/portfolio management plan and roadmap, including specific milestones to be individually owned and tracked.Drive execution across all workstreams of the priority and ensure the team operates with extreme ownership to deliver outcomes with velocity.Understand the impact of changes and type of change (process, technology, and organization) across multiple functions and develop the change management approach and plan.Foster shared accountability through defining and managing effective operational mechanisms, tracking tools, escalation paths, and processes for the team.Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure the team can execute with speed.Track progress against outcomes and provide regular updates to sponsors and P&P Leadership.Identify when a decision or tradeoff is needed, drive discussions to assess options, and provide principled and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders for final decision.Responsibilities:You will lead and drive program/portfolio planning and execution in partnership with cross-functional groups such as Technology, Legal, Communications, and Intuit business units to deliver successful business outcomes.Thought partners to sponsors and directors, contributors to work content and ability to look around corners.Track progress against outcomes and drive preparation of content for regular updates to sponsors, P&P leaders, and Intuit Leadership.Recommend changes needed to facilitate progress of deliverables and outcomes.You will be a role model for change leadership, ensuring effective change management is part of the programs you lead and will be part of building this capability across the organization.You will drive program roadmaps and dashboards across complex, multi-phase programs involving multiple contributing teams.You will drive your program teams to deliver strategic outcomes with velocity; manage dependencies and remove obstacles that stand between your teams and business success using best practices for initiating, planning, and executing critical cross-functional programs end-to-end.You will ask the right questions to help identify technical gaps, facilitate decision-making, and drive trade-off decisions when needed to achieve the program outcomes.You will drive areas of improvement across the program/portfolio in partnership with stakeholders to enable cross-Intuit acceleration.You leverage strong relationships and operational rigor to foster collaboration and shared accountability for outcomes across appropriate P&P functions and other critical partners.You keep the big picture in mind and tie the program/portfolio and Intuit strategy together including industry context.Minimum Qualifications:6+ years of program management experience in a SaaS-based technology company, with direct experience working with multiple cross-functional teams; at minimum 4+ years experience working with HR and Employee Programs.Technical acumen, specifically understanding HR technologies such as Workday.Site Strategy and M&A experience a plus; specifically managing execution plans related to growth sites and site closures, integrating teams into our culture, performance management, and development system process and tools as examples.Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders; mobilize and motivate teams; set direction and approach; resolve conflict; deliver tough messages with grace; execute with limited information; lead and drive change; deliver results.Excellent balance of people, organizational, and technical skills. Ability to execute and deliver successfully in situations where authority is not a given.Thrive in a culture of ownership, delivery, and innovation.Comfortable bending between the tactical and strategic.Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally.Effective presenter, negotiator, collaborator - regardless of organizational structure or hierarchy.Ability to drive progress and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.Professional, team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields is desired; equivalent experience will be considered.Tools:Highly skilled in the creation of program plans, presentations, roadmaps, dashboards, stakeholder communications, and other documents. High attention to detail with ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and distill it in crisp, clear language appropriate for a variety of audiences including technology and business executives.Advanced proficiency in the use of key tools such as SmartSheet and Google Suite.Working knowledge of Project Management, Lifecycle Management, and Agile tools.
