POSITION OVERVIEW:The Workday Reporting Analyst will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing reports and dashboards within the Workday system. This role will support various departments by providing accurate, timely, and insightful data that informs decision-making and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday matrix and composite reports and Revenue Management Business Objects related to invoicing and payment.OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborates with business leaders to design and build reports to assist in data analysis, trends, and strategic planning.Partners with business to test data and report outputs for accuracy and completeness.Continuously reviews and improves reporting processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Builds dashboards to house and display reports and further drive trend analysis.Promotes Workday capabilities within the business. Actively looks for ways report analysis and dashboards can drive efficiencies and growth. Stays up to date on latest Workday offerings to leverage new capabilities when available.WHAT YOU WILL BRING:Strong knowledge of Workday Report Writer, including matrix and composite reports.Knowledge of Prism Analytics.Knowledge of Financial Business Objects and Data Models.Workday Pro Report Certification.Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative work style.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in MS Excel.EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree in data science, Information Technology, or related field.Workday Pro strongly preferred.Accounting knowledge preferred.Location and Workplace Flexibility:
