RESPONSIBILITIES:Design, develop and implement custom solutions using Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Components and JavaScript.Perform Salesforce and Site Tracker administration and configuration.Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and approval processes to meet business requirements.Integrate Salesforce with external systems through REST/SOAP web services and APIs.Administer and configure Salesforce settings, user management, security, and data access.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide Salesforce solutions.Perform data migration, imports, and ensure data integrity and security.Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct user training sessions.Stay updated with Salesforce trends, features, and industry best practices.Perform data imports, exports, backups and data quality checks.Ensure data integrity, security and compliance with data governance policies.Create and manage custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into sales performance and key metrics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance and support to end-users, resolve issues and conduct user training sessions.Participate in Salesforce community forums, user groups and attend events to share knowledge and learn from industry experts.Other duties as required or assigned.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)Strong proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning ComponentExperience in customizing and configuring Salesforce applications to meet business requirementsKnowledge of integrating Salesforce with external systems using web services and APIFamiliarity with Salesforce data management concepts, such as data modeling and migrationAbility to analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutionsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues in Salesforce applicationsEffective communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders and cross-functional teamsAttention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions.Salesforce CertificationsBENEFITS:Hotwire Communications has paved the way in fiber optic telecommunications for over two decades, offering our partners high-speed internet, cable, phone, and security service.
