Marketing Coordinator
to partner with Veterinarian Partners hospitals to create, execute, and accelerate marketing strategies.Job ResponsibilitiesThe Marketing Coordinator will develop strong relationships with hospital leaders including the Medical Director and Hospital Administrator. This position will serve as the marketing partner/advisor for multiple hospitals in developing and executing a local marketing plan.The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with operations leaders to understand the strategic plan for each hospital and implement marketing tactics to achieve stated goals.The Marketing Coordinator will utilize a data driven approach to analyzing marketing plans, ROI, and make recommendations based upon this analysis.Hospital Marketing SupportProvide day-to-day marketing support for hospitals.Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement multi-channel campaigns tailored for hospital use.Drive new client demand and enhance current client retention through targeted marketing strategies.Collaborate with the graphic designer to develop graphics, handouts, and other print assets for hospitals.Collaborate with the website development team to update and maintain hospital websites, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.Facilitate partnered hospitals’ transitions to marketing platforms.Set up and execute patient referral and retention programs in collaboration with operations and hospital leadership.Engage with hospital leaders and operations to identify and implement local community and sponsorship marketing activities.Understand and apply local competitor knowledge to enhance hospital marketing strategies.Execute marketing activity to improve the client experience.Internal Marketing SupportCreate and monitor social media strategies, timelines, and calendars for the Veterinarian Partners brand.Collaborate with the graphic designer to create graphics for social media and materials for other departments and programs.Track and generate KPIs and marketing reporting.Support the coordination and selection of promotional assets while assisting in the management of the online store.Other marketing duties as assigned.Required CriteriaBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or business-related field; or equivalent work experience.At least 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably with demonstrated success in a veterinarian consolidator company.High quality standards and meticulous attention to detail.Proven oral and written communication skills, organizational and presentation skills to interact with internal and external business partners.Ability to focus attention on activities and strategies that drive success.Ability to exercise independent judgement.2-3 years of experience in SEO, SEM (PPC), and digital marketing, or a strong desire and commitment to learning and developing these skills.Proficiency in Google Analytics, WordPress, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), Google Search Console, back-end SEO, and metadata optimization, or a strong commitment to quickly learning these skills.Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge of social media channels (Facebook/IG, LinkedIn).Proven experience with content marketing and organic search.Experience in cultivating SEO keywords and phrases to drive web traffic.Highly motivated self-starter that embraces the challenge of finding unique solutions to challenging problems.Preferred CriteriaAgency or multi-site/multi-brand marketing experience.CompensationCompetitive compensation consisting of base salary and an annual performance bonus.Apply for this job#J-18808-Ljbffr
