(on-site).Responsibilities:As a Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing customized digital solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.Develop and maintain backend applications, servers, and databases that form the foundation for data-driven solutions.Design, coordinate, and manage the overall architecture of the organization's backend systems, ensuring high quality and responsiveness while maintaining code integrity.Build high-performing applications that interact with large datasets, implementing scalable and flexible solutions.Develop, test, and document the functionality and flow of applications, utilizing languages and frameworks such as Python to create efficient backend processes.Implement and optimize database structures to support data storage and retrieval, ensuring seamless integration with front-end tools like Power BI.Collaborate with team members to create and analyze code that affects both the backend logic and the presentation layer, ensuring a cohesive user experience.Job Requirements
RequiredAbility to obtain a Secret security clearanceBachelor's Degree in Relevant Degree Field or Equivalent ExperienceMinimum 1 year of Relevant Work Experience (2+ Preferred Experience)Proficient in Python programmingExperience with computer science including in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and software designUnderstanding of the DevOps CycleKnowledge of Additional Languages such as:SQLRHTMLJavaScriptCSS.NetMS Office Suite ExperienceUnderstanding of Jira / Agile methodologyPreferredActive Secret security clearance or aboveExperience working with Excel data and integrating it into data workflows.Experience with Data Visualization Tools such as:TableauPower BIExperience creating complex data visualizations with large datasetsRequired Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs)
