Provide thought leadership to develop innovative business solutions for our clientsIdentify and pursue longer term initiatives that help maintain and grow accountsPrioritize features for major initiatives when planning releasesRefine features in the backlog to clearly define requirements, benefits, and prioritiesOptimize delivery processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and resultsLead business requirements sessions with client staffContribute as a member of delivery teams for business case development, design, and testingAssist in mapping requirements to designs, maintaining traceability through the processSupport the management of client expectations through day-to-day interactions with clientsGuide client understanding of proposed solutions and the business value they will bringOwn and drive the completion of project deliverablesDevelop, maintain and grow client relationshipsRequirements
10+ years of business consulting experience on contact center, self-service, and CX projects5+ years on large-scale IVR projectsAbility to develop business strategies based on analytical skills and business knowledgeExperience working in large, complex client environmentsExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent presentation skillsSalary is DOE and is extremely competitive.
