We have a responsibility to give back, which we do through our Connected by Good program.Role:As the Senior Manager, Software Engineering, Corporate Applications, you will lead the team responsible for the portfolio of enterprise Financial and Supply Chain systems that enable and optimize key business capabilities including but not limited to Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Purchasing, Payables, Tax, Contracts, Inventory, Warehouse Management (WMS), Planning, and Enterprise Financial Reporting.You will play a critical role in leading and managing key Financial Transformation initiatives related to design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and Supply Chain Management (SCM) applications.ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence - Optimize, mature, and pursue continuous improvement of the Corporate Applications team & technologyTalent Management - Continually raise the standards and drive accountability via Coaching, OKRs/KPIs, and Performance Management.Technology Strategy – Develop a future technology vision and execute to that vision.Value Delivery- Lead the strategy and planning of technical solutions.Technology Management – operate a Safe, Secure, and Stable application portfolio.Ensure optimized configuration in Oracle ERP/EPM/SCM/Finance Cloud systems.Continually minimize technical debt with an evergreen strategy of systems.Strengthen and scale the technology supporting Corporate Applications.Financial Stewardship - Develop budgets, manage spend, minimize variance, and optimize the TCO.Audit Compliance - Champion best practices in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) / Audit standards.Collaboration- Partner with internal Crown teams to execute all phases of the implementation lifecycle.Encourage the team to create solutions that solve strategic problems.Coach others on how to present themselves and their ideas in a credible and respectful manner.Provide leadership and coordinate professional employees to accomplish operational plans.Encourage teammates to work with colleagues with diverse viewpoints.Provide structure to the team’s work and processes to deliver high-quality outcomes.Demonstrate maturity and ability to communicate at all levels of the company.Education/Certifications :BS Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.Certifications in Oracle ERP/EPM/SCM/Financial Cloud preferred.ITIL, PMP, and/or Agile Framework Certifications preferred.8+ years prior experience operating enterprise financial, supply chain, and legal systems.5+ years prior experience with Oracle ERP/SCM Cloud implementation and support.5+ years of hands-on leadership experience building and managing strong functional and engineering teams.Experience leading large-scale on-prem/SaaS systems implementations.Ownership of a large portfolio of applications with a continuous improvement mindset.History of leading multiple priorities of significant scope.Proven ability to effectively manage multi-million-dollar budgets.Experience working in an agile development environment.Outstanding communication skills.Exceptional interpersonal, persuasion and diplomatic skills.Exceptional reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Experience in system modeling and architectural tradeoff analysis.Self-driven to achieve the highest standards of service.Experience with technologies, languages, and architectures.Working Conditions: This is a remote role with the expectation of on-site collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter. Travel up to 20% may be required.The salary/hourly range offered for this position is $160,000 - $195,000 annually. A candidate’s offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan.
