The Sr Analyst – SAP Business Systems serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet user needs and align technology solutions with business strategies. This role plans, designs, develops, and launches efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. Gathers and analyzes data in support of business cases, proposes projects and systems requirements, configures, tests, implements and supports the solution, and possesses expertise in the business function(s) they support, as well as an understanding of the IT organization’s systems and capabilities.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

At least 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD/CS (Order to Cash Business processes) including aATP, EDI, pricing, discount, contracts and warranties, invoicing & settlement processes.Experience in SAP SD and Logistics Execution (SAP Order to Cash) with around 8+ years in SAP order to Cash in manufacturing and service industry.Hands-on functional configuration experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).Strong cross functional and integration knowledge with PP, CO.At least 2 End to End SAP ERP implementation experience.Experience in managing SD Application Production Support and troubleshooting for SAP SD issues.Excellent experience in problem management (fixing recurring issues) and bringing in ideas for system automations and long term reduction of incidents.Providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner.Excellent Management and communication skills and should be capable of working closely with the client directly.Experience working with LSMW, idoc, LSMW and third party software integrations.Exposure and working experience of SAP CS would be highly preferred.Exposure to SAP debugging is preferred.QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant.Strong knowledge of SAP SD module including pricing, billing, shipping, and sales processes.Experience with SAP integration with other modules like MM, FI/CO, and CRM.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.SAP certification in Sales and Distribution is a plus.PHYSICAL ASPECTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT
