aspects of a retail sales environment, this is the opportunity for YOU!The ideal candidate will excel in store operations and will lead a team while increasing sales and profits of the store. This opportunity combines selling, relationship retailing and store operations. You'll wear many hats: supervisor/team lead, inventory controller, display and merchandising pro, and driver of increased performance and profits. This position involves a lot of customer interaction that will enable you to make an impact on all aspects of the business.Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' retail supervisory/management experience required.TTI brand product knowledge preferred.Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience.Proven ability to increase sales and profitability.Computer skills necessary: Microsoft Office suite. Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficient.Must be customer focused and sales driven.Ability to establish an environment of performance and accountability.Ability to lift heavy packages in excess of 40lbs.Must be able to work flexible schedule, evenings/days/weekends.Knowledge of TeamWork software preferred.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to travel to attend in-person training.About Us
