Responsible to lead the development of new cloud solutions and drive the execution, new processes, enable Zones teams and maintain customer satisfaction during the entire sales cycle and post-sales support. The Business Strategist is responsible for creating integrated offers and services around Software and Cloud programs to support revenue and margin growth. This key Business Manager role will require developing exceptionally strong and transparent working relationships with the sales and services teams in Zones to deliver expected customer and business results. The Business Manager must drive business impact through influence and direct team leadership, with the ability to identify and scope programs and guide supporting business case development.What you'll do as the Microsoft Azure Business Strategist:Advises Sales and Support regarding program utilization and available cost support programs; oversee administration and application of programsDevelop sales pipeline and execute against sales strategies to grow Microsoft Azure and Zones Services revenue throughout vertical marketsPartner with Sales and Leadership to effectively apply programs and registration based on business opportunitiesMaintains program and Zones process expertiseCreates unique offers, and advises priceSells integrated offers and services through Zones Cloud MarketplaceDrives customer satisfaction through value added services and offeringsServe as a technical Azure subject matter expert and trusted advisor to customersEngage with cutting-edge Microsoft Azure solutionsCultivate strong relationships with Microsoft and other strategic partnersIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities to increase service and solution revenue and marginsWork closely with the Microsoft BDMs, sales, and marketing teams to create and implement effective propensity driven campaigns and promotionsProvide expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and licensing to customers and internal teamsMeet and exceed sales targets and performance metricsWeekly update/reporting to Sr. Management on progress/KPIsWhat you will bring to the team:BA/BS degree in business administration, information technology, marketing or related field or 4+ years of relevant experienceBachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience, MBA a plus3+ years of experience delivering program and project efforts in a high technology environmentExcellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills including demonstrated experience presenting technology recommendations from a business perspectiveUnderstanding of the industry, market, customers, competitors, suppliers, partners and capabilities of the businessProfessional, business-focused attitude and courteous manner towards clients, partners, and peersAbility to meet aggressive deadlinesAnalytical with excellent problem-solving skillsHighly programmatic, with a proven success to manage cross team initiatives and programsGood understanding of Azure Apps and Infra, Data and AI, and End-to-End SecurityMicrosoft cloud technologiesCloud IaaS and Data Center partner ecosystemMicrosoft Azure fundamentalsIncreased professional services revenue and marginAccurate program operationNew integrated solutions offerings and servicesMicrosoft Designation & Specialization attainment & renewalsDocumented processesWeekly business reportsNew training and enablement materials#LI-EB1#LI-RemoteZones offers a comprehensive Benefits package.
