As an HVAC Project Manager, you will be the cool head overseeing all aspects of HVAC projects, from estimating to budget management to collaboration with various stakeholders. This role is the perfect blend of leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
Estimating HVAC projects.
Knowledge of the Minneapolis/St. Paul market.
Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
Progress & AIA billing experience.
Budget management experience.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing project requirements.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Self-motivated and the ability to work independently.
Strong analytical problem-solving and leadership skills.
Current driver’s license and clean driving record.
