Job Description:This role is a project-based transformation role and has a current expected end date of

If a suitable alternative role is not available at that time, your employment will end.What are we looking for?Proven technical knowledge of large scale / global ERP environments.Proven previous experience leading ERP implementations at large scale CPG/pharma companies.5+ years leading ERP Manufacturing areas and implementations.Experience in leading Tier 1 extended partners.Experience with Manufacturing – familiarity with integration points within manufacturing, production planning, scheduling planning, demand and replenishment.Experience in Dev/Ops tooling and capabilities.Stakeholder relationship skills, having worked directly with senior IT leadership teams.Ability to work in an ambiguous and complex environment.What will be your key responsibilities?Lead a team of Solution Architects from Tier 1 Partners.Partner with Enterprise Technologies, Global Digital Operations, Petcare and Food Digital Core teams to secure fit-for-purpose design of the enterprise and Mars Wrigley SAP S/4 ERP platforms.Collaborate with other digital core leaders in Mars Snacking (R&D, Commercial, Planning, Data, Architecture) to ensure effective integration between ERP and Edge systems.Oversight of the implementation of SAP S/4 ERP for the lead market in conjunction with the peer teams within Mars Snacking CoE.Participate and facilitate workshops to gather functional requirements; analyse complex scenarios and business processes and support the team to translate the requirements into specifications.Ensure the functional requirements are well documented and converted into IT requirements.Support the Mars Snacking deployment team in implementing the solution on a large scale.Own knowledge management in responsibility.What can you expect from Mars?Work with over 130,000 diverse and talented Associates, all guided by The Five Principles.Join a purpose-driven company, where we’re striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.An industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.Mars is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
