A very well-known non-profit organization is seeking to hire an HR Business Partner. This role will be reporting directly to the HR Director. Need someone who has previous experience using ADP WFN (required). Some responsibilities will include conducting regular meetings with business units, consulting with line management, analyzing trends and metrics, managing and resolving employee relation issues, and onboarding and offboarding tasks. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field, has a minimum of five years of proven working experience in Human Resources, and has used ADP WFN.Responsibilities:
Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.Collaborate with leaders to create and execute affirmative action plans to ensure compliance with diversity and inclusion initiatives.Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data, generate reports, and analyze trends.Provide guidance and support on FMLA and other leave management processes.Communicate and interpret employment labor laws, company policies, and procedures to employees and managers.Conduct interviews and assist in the selection process for new hires.Collaborate with payroll providers such as Ceridian or ADP to ensure accurate processing of employee information.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.Experience with data analysis skills to identify trends and make informed decisions.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in HRIS systems and other relevant software applications (ADP WFN).Familiarity with employment labor laws and regulations.
