As part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Team, your primary role will be to manage recruitment efforts of positions within the Department of Family and Community Services (DFCS). You will function as a hiring manager, working to streamline recruitment processes, enhance candidate experiences, and cultivate a diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects our core values.You will ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees and represent the department at recruitment events. Talent Acquisition Specialists function as full-time hiring managers performing the following recruitment functions:Creating Job Postings to attract the right candidates.Screening Applications to advance the most qualified candidates to interviews.Setting up and interviewing candidates to determine who is the best fit for the role.Submitting requests for hire and offering candidates their dream job!Coordinating first day logistics for new staff members joining the Department.Hosting Onboarding presentations for new employees.Our Organization, Mission, and Culture
