About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Designer who is interested in redefining the future of venture capital. You will collaborate with our R&D teams to build net new features or iterate on currently existing features to include more complex use cases. You will report to our Product Design Lead. You will: Lead the design for projects you are working on Collaborate with designers across the product team to ensure data accuracy and alignment Perform necessary research and synthesize insights for your team Work closely with XFN partners to solicit feedback to ensure project outcomes are being met Leverage your expertise and judgment to work quickly while also choosing the moments to propose research initiatives to fill in the gaps Use and contribute to evolving design systems and standards Take on complex, interdependent projects and seek the information required to fill in any missing gaps Other characteristics of the ideal candidate: Has a high bar for craft Excited by complex use cases occasionally driven by enterprise needs Years of design experience are not always an indicator of quality, but we find the ideal candidates to have over 8 years of relevant experience Comfortable being a sole contributor to high-impact projects How Success will be Measured in this Role: Efficiency improvements: identify and design solutions that significantly reduce the amount of time required to complete tasks User satisfaction: achieve high levels of satisfaction among users measured by positive feedback Quality and brand alignment: collaborate across design teams to ensure the quality bar remains high If you don’t tick every box above, we’d still encourage you to apply. San Francisco and New York City that you can choose to work from. We’re focused on hiring within these hubs and people hired from these hub offices are expected to come into the office twice per week.
