Job DescriptionOur Company's Manufacturing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) Leader is responsible for recruiting, developing, managing and ensuring contributions from US and Global Rotational Employees. This includes the creation and sustainment of the Leadership Development Program to ensure alignment with the strategy, continuous process improvement, networking and best practices across the enterprise. The role will collaborate closely with the Manufacturing Leadership Sponsors and Steering Committee to ensure that program design and rotational assignments align to meet strategic and business critical needs.The MLDP Leader will also be responsible for the broader Future Talent strategy for the manufacturing division, ensuring alignment of our company's enterprise leadership skills and functional and leadership competencies across the Future Talent space. This leader will prepare strategy and program content and present to leaders in the Manufacturing Division.The program lead responsibilities include but are not limited to:Recruiting highly talented, motivated and diverse employees globally.Maintaining and updating the MLDP competency framework aligned with the Manufacturing Division's strategy and Enterprise Leadership Skills.Collaborating with senior leaders to define valuable and meaningful rotations for the program members.Coaching, teaching and developing program member proficiency within the core competencies to fortify professional and leadership skills, through a partnership with a coaching team that includes the program manager, program mentors and the rotational assignment managers.People Management activities (Hiring, HR transactional support, calibration etc.) for all rotational employees globally (>50 employees including an Associate Director who manages a portion of this workforce)Leadership of multi-day in person meetings for the global program membership that advances the MLDP learning and development plans.Leading yearly program benchmarking, managing program metrics and continuous improvement for program operations.Collaborating with senior leaders to manage employee transition from the program to post program employment.Ownership and management of entire program budget globally.Education Minimum Requirement:BA/BS Degree or equivalentRequired Experience and Skills:Ten (10) years’ experience in roles of increasing responsibility.Solid and demonstrated commitment to personal and to direct report development.Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, negotiation, influencing, and project management skills.Has demonstrated strong leadership, managerial experience, complex problem-solving skills, and team building abilities along with a sensitivity to diverse cultures and backgrounds.Proven interest and experience in employee coaching and development.Demonstrated ability to independently execute innovative ideas within the legal/compliance environment at our Company.Demonstrated ability to execute and improve processes and to drive lasting change.Preferred Experience and Skills:Strong passion for creating a diverse workplace.Demonstrated leadership in manufacturing or talent development roles.Functional knowledge of our Enterprise and Manufacturing Division strategy.Knowledge of and experience with Next Generation talent including understanding their needs in the Workplace of the Future.Experience working with a global workforce including understanding of processing international assignments and experience working with Global Mobility and Human Resources.Executive presence.Key Enterprise Leadership Skills:Talent Growth, Decision Making, Networking and Partnerships, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Emotional Intelligence, Ownership and Accountability, Execution Excellence, Motivation and InspirationTravel:10-15% global travel to manufacturing sitesHybrid working, no remoteLocation:
