What You'll DoAs a Product Manager for the Agreement Data Platform team, you will delight both internal users and external customers by delivering a comprehensive set of services that ensure data reusability across the IAM portfolio. You will lead efforts to extract and structure key insights from the treasure trove of unstructured data, ensuring privacy preservation throughout. Collaborating closely with applications, business teams, and cross-functional partners, you will accelerate IAM development and directly impact the daily experience of over a billion people in 180 countries. As Docusign further repositions its offerings to address the agreement trap through IAM, you will strategically assess and expand reusable functionality, driving impactful customer experiences across the portfolio.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Product Management.

Responsibility

Collaborate with engineering and implement robust services that ensure data reusability across all IAM products.

Drive innovation by partnering with the AI team to extract and structure insights from unstructured data while preserving privacy.

Work closely with teams like Sign and CLM to align, unify, and deliver on joint platform requirements.

Assess and expand continuously your scope to create reusable functionality across the IAM portfolio, driving impactful customer experiences beyond their current use.

Work closely with other platform teams to unlock agreement data at scale.

Job DesignationHybrid:

Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What You BringBasic

12+ years of experience in Product Management.

5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS software.

BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field.

Experience driving complex projects across a large, cross functional organization with multiple stakeholders across Product Management, Design and Engineering.

Experience with customer focus through qualitative and quantitative measures.

Preferred

Experience working on platform solutions.

Excellent executive presence, verbal and written communication skills.

Experience building and gaining buy-in for new product capabilities.

Ability to lead through influence across teams.

Bias towards building capabilities that scale and a focus on execution.

Wage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $171,500.00 - $277,025.00 base salary.

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $164,800.00 - $242,225.00 base salary.

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
