Cyber Integrity Solutions is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our SOC-as-a-Service (SOCaaS) operations. As the CISO, you will oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing management of our SOCaaS offering, ensuring world-class security services for our clients. You will be responsible for shaping the cybersecurity strategy, managing risk, responding to security incidents, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role will require you to work closely with internal teams and clients to secure data, systems, and infrastructures against evolving cyber threats.Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Governance :Define and execute the SOCaaS cybersecurity strategy, aligned with business objectives.Establish governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to guide security operations.Provide leadership to ensure continuous enhancement of cybersecurity capabilities.Risk Management & Incident Response :Identify, assess, and mitigate risks in collaboration with SOC teams and clients.Lead the incident response process, ensuring effective handling and resolution of security breaches.Oversee post-incident analysis and continuous improvement processes.Compliance & Regulatory Management :Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, ISO).Guide clients in understanding and meeting regulatory cybersecurity obligations.Lead audits and assessments for both internal processes and client environments.Client Relationship & Advisory :Act as the primary cybersecurity advisor for clients, delivering expert guidance and recommendations.Regularly update clients on the status of their cybersecurity risks, controls, and SOC performance.Help clients adopt best practices to improve their overall security posture.SOC Performance & Innovation :Monitor and improve SOC operations, utilizing advanced analytics, automation, and threat intelligence.Ensure SOC processes are optimized for threat detection, investigation, and response.Evaluate and adopt new security technologies to maintain cutting-edge service delivery.Team Leadership & Development :Lead, mentor, and develop the SOC team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.Ensure staff receive ongoing training to stay ahead of cybersecurity threats and trends.Manage the recruitment and retention of top cybersecurity talent.Stakeholder Reporting :Provide regular updates to the executive leadership team regarding cybersecurity risks and operational status.Create detailed reports for clients, internal stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.Qualifications:
Education & Experience :Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Proven experience leading a SOC or managing SOCaaS operations.Technical Skills :Deep knowledge of security operations, incident response, and threat intelligence.Expertise in regulatory compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, ISO.Proficiency in modern security technologies, SIEM platforms, and automation tools.Leadership & Communication :Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor a multidisciplinary team.Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging clients and senior leadership.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations.Certifications (Preferred but not required):
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO)Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)Other Requirements:
