As our Principal Product Manager for Ecommerce, you'll help lead the development of intelligent, integrated solutions that fuel business growth specifically for online retailers. By optimizing strategies across our platform, you'll empower our ecommerce customers to expand their audiences, enhance engagement, and ultimately boost their sales through highly targeted, AI-driven marketing campaigns.
Building on Intuit's decade-long investment in AI, we're integrating advanced AI and machine learning algorithms into our platform, with a specific focus on ecommerce applications. You'll be driving the future of how online businesses connect with their customers throughout the entire customer journey and helping businesses grow their revenue!
Responsibilities
Develop and own both high-level roadmap and detailed delivery plans for ecommerce-specific functionality across the entire Mailchimp suite, including email marketing, automation, CRM, and analytics. Interact with ecommerce customers across all business units to understand pain points, collect requirements, and seek a deep understanding of online retail needs. Use a data/metrics-driven product development approach; define success criteria for roadmap items and demonstrate measurable impact on key performance indicators, including conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value. Manage prioritization of strategic features and capabilities, ensuring seamless integration with existing ecommerce platforms and systems. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that set new standards in ecommerce marketing and customer engagement. Influence key organization stakeholders and lead change in product strategy, design approaches, and AI adoption for ecommerce applications. Mentor and coach aspiring product managers, accelerating AI adoption in ecommerce contexts and fostering a culture of innovation. Minimum Requirements
5-7 years of Product Management experience in a top tech company, MarTech company, or innovative technology startup, with a focus on B2B SaaS and ecommerce tools. Strong understanding of ecommerce principles, best practices in conversion rate optimization, and their application across the entire customer journey. Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making in the context of ecommerce performance and customer data analysis. Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, and stakeholders across various organizational levels. Passion for creating innovative solutions that solve real ecommerce challenges and drive marketing success, with a deep understanding of online retail needs. Strong background working on solutions related to ecommerce platforms, digital marketing, or customer relationship management. Excellent organizational, teamwork, and execution skills with the ability to drive work to completion in a fast-paced ecommerce environment. Experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in ecommerce contexts, particularly in enhancing customer interactions and predictive analytics. Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA or software engineering background is a plus.
