They will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to develop and maintain cellular RF systems for various wireless products.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDesign, develop, and optimize cellular RF systems for wireless products.Lead a team of engineers to ensure that RF systems are designed and optimized for optimal performance.Develop and maintain RF system requirements and specifications.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software and hardware engineers, to ensure that RF systems are integrated and evaluated properly.Collaborate with vendors to ensure that RF components and modules are selected and integrated properly.Develop and maintain test plans and procedures for RF systems.Analyze and troubleshoot RF system issues and provide solutions.Develop and maintain documentation for RF systems and provide training to other engineers and stakeholders, as necessary.Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in RF technology.Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.8+ years of experience in designing and optimizing cellular RF systems.Experience leading a team of engineers to develop RF systems.Strong understanding of cellular network architecture and protocols.Experience with RF simulation tools and software.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Familiarity with test equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and network analyzers.Pay grade range : $136,000-$213,333.33PHYSICAL ACTIVITIESThe following physical activities described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
