About the PositionReporting directly to the EVP of Marketing, the Senior Brand Marketing Director is responsible for owning and developing Dynata's brand. We are looking for an experienced and strategic brand marketer to drive our brand vision and oversee the development and execution of our comprehensive brand strategy.In this role, you will be responsible for shaping our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels, and leading the creation and management of our content calendar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for developing compelling content that resonates with our audience. You'll manage the company's corporate website, organic social media, blog, and content creation.We seek a highly motivated and proactive individual with experience in developing growth strategies and campaigns designed to fuel revenue growth.Responsibilities:Develop and implement global brand marketing strategies to enhance reputation and visibility.Ensure uniform brand messaging across all platforms by working closely with cross-functional teams.Manage the creation of various marketing materials and oversee the company's social media presence.Define and articulate the company's brand vision and strategies to enhance brand equity and market position.Develop and implement brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions that align with company objectives.Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar that supports brand objectives and drives engagement across multiple channels.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create a diverse range of content from research and benchmarking studies to TOF campaigns to eBooks and webinars.Ensure content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and strategic goals.Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness.Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing brand marketing team.Foster a collaborative and creative environment that encourages innovative thinking and professional growth.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer support, to ensure brand alignment and consistency across all touchpoints.Act as a brand ambassador and advocate, representing the company at industry events and conferences.KPI: Market awareness, brand excellence, awareness, and consideration, top of funnel/website impressions.Who you'll work with:This position leads Dynata's creative and field marketing teams with responsibility for multiple programs including brand content strategy, campaign creation, and organic social media. This role is pivotal in elevating our brand presence and reputation globally. Further, this position will be responsible for managing external creative agency relationships.Requirements and skills:Proven work experience in developing and maintaining brand excellence.Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across channels and markets.Experience launching corporate websites and managing complicated projects.The ability to create a cohesive marketing calendar designed with a focus on SEO and driving top of funnel awareness.Self-starter, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills.Strong analytical and project management skills.Strategic mindset, with the ability to make difficult decisions.10 years of experience.BSc degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.Experience working in a project management tool such as Monday.At Dynata, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, accessible environment, where all employees and customers feel valued, respected, and supported. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
