Hôtel des Arts Saigon invites guests to relive the romance of this bygone era in their luxury hotel which offers all the comforts of the 21st century.Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANSBrandBe fully conversant with the brand, its standards and its DNA.Manage brand compliance for the hotel to grow the equity of the hotel and outlet brands.Manage all marketing/promotional/sales collateral development/production.Communications / Public RelationsManage a fully integrated communications calendar for the Hotel around events and public holidays.Establish and maintain a relationship with Key local press and media.Liaise with the regional Communications team to maximise communications exposure.Ensure all visual and written communication is fully aligned with the hotel's positioning and brand.SponsorshipIdentify opportunities to expose the hotel and maximize revenue through sponsoring local events.Drive the marketing and communication of the Hotel's CSR commitments.E MarketingEffectively manage the hotel’s content and images through conducting regular website audits.Explore online opportunities for the hotels including local business opportunities.Manage the hotels’ website and online advertising.Set-up and manage social media accounts relevant to the hotel markets.Monitor media for comments about the Hotel and engage in conversations.Training and Human Resources ManagementUnderstand hotel regulation and master all knowledge in Staff manual.Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications2-3 years experience preferably in luxury sector or hotel/travel industry.Excellent proficiency in English and Vietnamese.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Detail-oriented and reliable in execution and follow-through.Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.Ability to work well in high-pressure situations.Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.Additional Information
