Primary Responsibilities:Represent the company at local retail locations and weekend events such as tradeshows and festivalsEngage with the public to identify home improvement needsAnswer questions about our productsGather information for appointment setting purposes
Qualifications:Reliable Transportation (Required)A smartphone to use for communicationAbility to be on your feet for 6-8 hoursAbility to lift up to 50lbs on occasionsOutgoing Personality with ability to drive conversationsSales, marketing experience beneficial, but not requiredMust have a valid driver's license and your own vehicleMust be 18 years or olderCompletion of a video interview assessment as part of the application
How to prepare:You will receive an email inviting you to complete the first interview in our process.Set aside 15-20 minutes for the self-guided assessment that includes questions and games.Find a quiet place to record and be camera-ready.You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer with your camera and microphone enabled.You'll answer questions with 1 minute to prepare, 3 minutes to respond, and 1 opportunity to re-record.Share your skills and experience, and bring your personality to the interview.Our hiring needs are immediate, so please complete this as soon as possible to be considered.
Compensation and Benefits:$21.50/hr. plus uncapped weekly bonusMileage reimbursementFlexible Schedule (Monday - Sunday)
