DESCRIPTIONThe Digital Marketing VP, E*TRADE, will help define and drive the etrade.com roadmap and execute online experiences that drive prospects to open an account. This person will also ensure the public site reflects our evolving brand and expanding product set.The VP will interact with a diverse set of people solving tough problems, challenge the status quo, and figure out how to best connect the full prospect experience across other digital prospect and client Morgan Stanley Wealth Management properties.RESPONSIBILITIES
Help set the vision for etrade.com (public) digital experiences that drive engagement with high traffic areas of the site and increase conversion through online account openings.Partner with Media Team, Creative Services, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations to build landing pages that support external offers and campaigns.Partner with Data & Analytics to rigorously track and monitor website performance and user behavior to recommend strategies that will drive engagement and conversion.Drive a robust test-and-learn agenda, making decisions based on data and user feedback, and defining enhancements (and new tests) based on past learnings.Oversee the intake, scoping, and execution workflow of digital marketing and prospect acquisition activities in partnership with cross-functional internal stakeholders.Drive web personalization strategies to elevate experiences for our target audiences.Continuously stay on top of the marketing technology industry and our platform capabilities to optimize and extend our marketing effectiveness in digital channels.QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BS degree with MBA a plus.Minimum of 8-10+ years of digital marketing experience, concentrated on site marketing and preferably in financial services.Demonstrated experience with managing and implementing digital marketing initiatives that will scale to support the requirements of a growing organization.Strong leadership and consensus building skills, with a willingness to continually embrace personal and professional development.Prior experience managing both direct and indirect reports on cross functional teams.Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving change; must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Analytics.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $185,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
