**Overview**
Novant Health is seeking a, experienced, PRN Pediatric Physician to join our float pool covering the Charlotte Market, which includes Mecklenburg and surrounding counties. You will work with different teams in different clinics to ensure patients have access to care when there are staffing shortages.

**Candidate Qualifications:**
+ Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric medicine
**Responsibilities & Duties:**
+ Ambulatory, pediatric care in clinics with staffing shortages
+ 8a to 5p with a 20/40-minute template
+ Minimum of 6 shifts per month to have mandatory licensure reimbursement
+ Travel to a variety of clinics with mileage reimbursed
+ No patient panel to manage
