RequirementsMinimum two years experience in Occupational Medicine or related specialtyLicensed in the state of WA as a PA by the time of employmentBoard certified by the time of employmentDEA, NPI & prescriptive authorityCurrent BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
