Must-Have:- IV insertion and phlebotomy skills- Conscious sedation expertise
Job Description:- Provide high-quality emergency care to adult patients in a fast-paced environment.- Perform IV insertions and phlebotomy efficiently.- Administer conscious sedation safely.- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.- Maintain compliance with all nursing standards and regulations.- Demonstrate excellent communication and critical thinking skills.- Participate in continuous education and skills development.
