SKN BAR Rx is seeking a Medi Spa Aesthetic Injector to join our dynamic team. SKN BAR Rx is a medically-directed team of aesthetic professionals for those who place a priority on self care, delivering customized results for the journey of your skin. All services include transparent pricing and a complimentary consultation, including patient photos using Observ 520x, a state-of-the-art skin analysis system that helps accurately diagnosis the epidermal and dermal layer skin conditions.
Essential Job FunctionsAdministering injectable treatments for facial wrinkles and volumizing using dermal fillers including but not limited to Restylane, Dysport, Sculptra, Botox, Juvederm, Voluma, Vollure, Volbella, Kybella and Jeuveau per protocol while educating clients on pre and post care home regimens.Comprehensive in-depth knowledge of all of treatments, procedures at our practice and effectively educate patients about all service offerings.Confidently and knowledgeably educate patients on recommended retail skin to maintain results at home.Create and execute a customized treatment plan for each client based on the client consultations.Evaluate client's suitability for neurotoxins, injectables, laser treatments, etc., while managing expectations and maintaining protocols.Accurate charting and clinical documentation of each client, various administrative tasks as required to ensure proper clinical/medical documentation of each client.Treat patients independently but will ultimately be supervised by the medical director.Demonstrate concierge-level service as well as expertise to exceed client expectations in order to develop relationships that will result in repeat business.Actively recommend, promote, educate and sell medical aesthetic services, products and skin regimens as well as perform professional grade facial treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies and procedures, and all other governing standards.Sustain proficiency through continuous education and trainings.Stay up-to-date on the latest medical spa products and services.Mandatory adherence to universal precautions guidelines due to exposure of bloodborne pathogens to ensure safety of clients at all times when performing treatments.Follow all HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.Adhere to all applicable local and state licensing laws and regulations related to the esthetics services provided, including following any applicable law pertaining to maintaining current RN License.Participates in networking events, educational seminars, community activities, in-office events on behalf of the business.Inventory control of products and supplies.Ability to work flexible days and evening hours, including evenings and weekends on a regular basis.Other duties as assigned.
Required Technical Skills, Education, Experience, Training and/or Credentials
To perform this job, team member must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Current WI RN License (active and in good standing with the state regulatory board)Graduate of an accredited programPrior RN in the Aesthetic/Dermatology/Plastic Surgery field: 2 years (Required) applicants without experience in Aesthetics will not be considered for this role.Laser certification or aesthetic license a plus, but not required.
