Work Schedule:
100% FTE, Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:00 am and 4:00 pm.
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.
We are seeking a
Nurse Practitioner
or
Physician Assistant
to:Provide comprehensive care to surgical oncology patients with varying acuity and diagnoses, in both the inpatient and outpatient settings.Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team to provide consistent high-quality care to our patients.Perform procedures such as: suture and drain removal, seroma aspiration, and wound care.Participate in daily rounding and collaborate with attending physician and residents in order to adjust plans of care.
Education:
Minimum -
If Nurse Practitioner:
Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program.
If Physician Assistant:
Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum -
If Nurse Practitioner:
Active RN and APNP license in State of Wisconsin ANDactive board certification as a NP in Adult; Adult/Gerontology Primary Care; Emergency; Family; Gerontology.
If Physician Assistant:
Active PA license in State of Wisconsin ANDactive PA board certification.
All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have:
Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire ANDCPR certification.
