● Provide instructional support under the guidance of certified teachers and non-instructional assistance underthe supervision of the Principal.● Offer direct, individualized support to students, implementing IEPs as directed by teachers and specialists.● Maintain clear communication with teachers and the Principal regarding student progress and completedtasks.● Ensure the safety and well-being of assigned children in various school settings.● Assist in creating a positive learning environment by preparing materials, reading to students, and supportingclassroom activities.● Provide constructive feedback on student work as directed by the teacher.● Maintain accurate records, conduct inventories, and perform basic administrative tasks as needed.● Assist with behavior management and reinforce positive student conduct.● Support students' social and emotional development in alignment with school policies.
